About Our Counseling Center

Mission Statement:
We at New Era Therapeutic Counseling Center, LLC. Strive to provide each consumer with professional caring and individualized services that address mental and behavioral health needs, while providing sourceful services that facilitate a positive counseling interaction while breaking down the barriers surrounding mental health stigma.

Our Goals:

• We assist adults with issues that impact daily life functions involving emotional and behavioral problems, as well as children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional disorders, helping them lead more productive and autonomous lifestyles.

 

• At our clinic, we promote consumer and family participation. Our services are individualized to meet the specific needs and desires of consumers and their families.

 

• We promote mental health through service, advocacy, and education. Our staff receive ongoing professional training to maintain up-to-date skills in effective treatment interventions, promoting the recovery of our consumers. Staff members are integral in assuring the quality of all direct and indirect services and actively participate in service improvement through work/project teams.

 

• We strive to ensure that each consumer receives services that are individualized, rehabilitative in nature, and strength-based.

 

• We maintain positive interactions with consumers that facilitate healthy, individualized rehabilitative goals and plans of care. We cooperate with other mental health providers to plan and develop additional service opportunities to meet consumer needs.
